Refund policy

Returns We want you to love your purchase from The Bucket Garden! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us at cjallan73@icloud.com to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, hair scrunchies are not eligible for return unless they were damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case The Bucket Garden will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at cjallan73@icloud.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and issue a full refund or replacement.
