Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch All of our products are handmade and ready to ship. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
New Zealand Shipping We ship within New Zealand via NZ Post at a flat rate of $10.00 NZD. Orders over $150.00 NZD qualify for free shipping. All orders are sent tracked, so you'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- South Island: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by NZ Post and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
International Shipping We ship internationally via NZ Post at the following flat rates:
- Australia: $32.00 NZD
- Rest of World: $55.00 NZD
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Lost or Damaged Parcels We take great care in packing every order. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at cjallan73@icloud.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Each case will be investigated individually and we will work with you to find the best resolution.
